Another kitten to Peru

Siberian Cats

Saturday, I succeeded in getting a second kitten delivered to Lima Peru. Doing international sales can be complicated. The more I do them the easier it gets.
The kitten is a seal lynx point  male Siberian and the family is VERY happy!

I think that there will be a future for me selling kittens to Peru

Yeah Yippee!

No recession there apparently

Back in the Saddle again.well maybe

Siberian Cats

for the last several weeks long about September 14 or so, my e-mail was disrupted. Not only for a few days but for several weeks.

I use the e-mail address of LyndaNelson@siberiancats.com I am able to use the address because I own the domain name. However that Is NOT my true address. Right now my address is LNelson67@cfl.rr.com

What happens that all mail addressed to Siberian cats goes to my web server and then is forwarded to road runner. It takes a bit longer to receive my mail because, the mail has extra *hops* to make.

However the advantage is that I am better associated with Siberian Cats doing it this way. And It matters not what e-mail addy I am assigned (road runner Bell south, comcast) I am always LyndaNelson@siberiancats.com.

Initially I thought that this was the way to go instead of all those pitiful announcements of *new e-mail addy please note*

The down side is when my Internet provider in this case Road runner *decided* that too much spam was being sent through to their server.

when that happens they *block* the mail. They don't tell the mail owner (in this case ME) that there is now a block on my IP number. I must find out the hard way. And I did find out the hard way.

In essence what transpired pure and simple is that My web host and my Internet host were having a hissy fit and I, the paying customer, was trapped in the middle.

I believe that it is finally resolved except for the monetary reimbursement that Road Runner is going to send my way.

I along with my attorney Eric will be in their face on Wednesday.

My web site is being hosted on a new server changing the IP number being sent to Road runner. for now that will work until the IP address of my web site host gets hacked and the spam and the problem will begin anew.

Dang.

In short, that is why you haven't heard from me unless you are reading my blogs or are on facebook with me.

And neither my web master or my Internet host will be able to reconcile the potential loss of kitten sales when my pending customers got the *This address had permanent fatal errors!!!!

Kitten report

Two of my kittens left for their permanent homes today.  One family has already reported back.  This family adopted a kitten from me in 1998.  When it passed to the rainbow bridge months ago they contacted me asking for another kitten.  the kitten was laying in Debbie's lap while we finished her appointment and Ali (kitty) fell asleep.

Here is their first report:................

Hi Lynda.  The trip back was very quiet...Alexandra slept most of the way!  She's been playing, purring and loving since we got home!  She ate half a can of the wet food for supper, and is currently chasing the "crinkle ball" around the bathroom.  No signs of stress or anxiety at all, at least so far!

It was great to see you again today, and we really enjoyed meeting Eric!  Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to adopt another of your most precious babies!

All the best, Steve and Debbie
